One-time donation
Supporter is a single one-time donation (£5 or more) via Ko-fi that unlocks the Supporter features for good. You give once and nothing recurs.
Refunds
The Supporter unlock is digital and is granted to your account shortly after your donation completes — the badge and the Supporter features become available right away. For that reason all donations are final and non-refundable. By donating you consent to the Supporter features being made available immediately and acknowledge there is no right to change your mind once they are. This does not affect your statutory rights: if you were charged in error, or the features genuinely don't work or aren't as described, email us and we'll put it right.
UK/EU cooling-off right
For digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day "cooling-off" right does not apply where you have consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of that right — which you do when you complete your donation. This does not affect your separate statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
